Pridefooled - Saying Goodbye to Pride

We closed our series on pride and humility by learning how to move from pride to genuine Christlike humility. We walked through five biblical steps: admitting our sin, confessing it, naming our pride, refusing to excuse it, and staying alert to its temptations while also unpacking three common ways pride shows up: fishing for compliments, judging others, and boasting. We looked at how pride often hides in bitterness and unforgiveness, remembering Jesus’ call to forgive as we’ve been forgiven, and we’ll center the message on this truth: it’s time to say goodbye to pride by embracing the humility of Christ.
